The preview you saw becomes the print proof. Approve it and we print; request your revision first if you'd like one change. Nothing prints without your explicit approval.

What you're agreeing to — and what you're not.
The preview is free. We create one low-resolution, watermarked evaluation preview from your photo at no charge. There is no obligation to place an order.
If you order, the framed 12×16 print is $119 plus shipping and tax, shown at checkout before you pay. Payment happens only at checkout. One revision is included after purchase.
Nothing prints without your approval. We don't print or ship anything unless you place an order and explicitly approve the final artwork.
Your photo is handled under our privacy notice, including deletion on the schedule described there. We don't use your photo in our marketing without separate, optional permission — and permission never affects your service.
If you decline or don't reply by the date given with your preview, there's no charge. We close the request and delete the photo and preview according to the published retention schedule.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. The watermarked preview is provided at no charge and carries no obligation to order. Payment only happens if you choose to place an order at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Only if you decide to order — payment is due when you check out, after you've seen your preview and chosen to continue.
Do you print before I approve?
No. We wait for your explicit approval before releasing the print order. If you decline or don't respond by the deadline given with your preview, the request is closed and the photo is deleted per the privacy notice.
What does one revision cover?
One revision after purchase is for a specific adjustment based on the submitted photo, such as a visible marking or expression. It doesn't cover changing to another photo, art style, or unrelated composition.
How long does the preview take?
