Framed 12×16, based on one submitted pet photo. One pet per portrait. The composition is vertical, so the art fills the frame without cropping or side margins.
AI-assisted, human-reviewed
Artwork is created with AI-assisted tools and checked by a person for likeness and visible errors. It is not physically hand-painted, and we never describe it that way.
Approval before printing
Nothing goes to print until you explicitly approve the final artwork. One revision after purchase is included, for a specific adjustment based on your photo.

Is this physically hand-painted?
No. Your artwork is created with AI-assisted image generation and reviewed by a person before printing. We do not represent it as a physical hand-painted commission.
Will my pet still look like my pet?
We use your photo to guide the pose and recognizable features, and a person checks the preview. Individual photos and results vary. One revision is included after purchase. We'll contact you if we don't believe the submitted photo can support a good result.
What does one revision cover?
One revision is for a specific adjustment based on the submitted photo, such as a visible marking or expression. It doesn't include switching to another photo, art style, or unrelated composition changes.
Do you print before I approve?
No. We wait for your explicit approval before releasing the print order. Silence is never treated as approval.
Can I use my image or artwork in marketing?
Your photo is used to prepare your preview and fulfill your order. We will not post an identifiable customer photo or artwork for marketing without separate permission. Permission is optional and is not a condition of service.
What if my print arrives damaged or has a production defect?
Contact us at hello@indigoandinkpets.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange the remedy described in our order terms.
