We prepare your preview
A low-resolution, watermarked preview arrives by email within [X business days], checked by a person before it reaches you.
Approve or revise
Approve the preview and we prepare the print-ready file. Prefer one change? Your included revision covers a specific adjustment based on your photo.
We print and ship
Only after your explicit approval do we send the artwork to our print partner. It arrives framed, shipped to your U.S. address.

What you're agreeing to.
Payment is taken at checkout, before we create your preview. The framed 12×16 print is $119 plus shipping and tax, with the full total shown before you pay.
We'll send the same low-resolution, watermarked evaluation preview by [verified estimate]. One revision is included.
We will not print until you approve. If you reject the preview or don't respond by [deadline], we cancel the order and refund you in full, to your original payment method, before anything goes to production. You can also ask us to cancel sooner by contacting hello@indigoandinkpets.com. No cancellation or restocking fee applies.
Your photo is handled under our privacy notice, including deletion on the schedule described there. We don't use your photo in our marketing without separate, optional permission.

When will I be charged?
At checkout, before the preview is created. The full total — $119 plus shipping and tax — is shown before payment is taken.
What if I don't like the preview?
You can request your included revision, or reject the preview. If you reject it or don't respond by [deadline], the order is cancelled and refunded in full before printing. Full details are in the order terms.
Do you print before I approve?
No. We wait for your explicit approval before releasing the print order. Silence is never treated as approval.
What does one revision cover?
One revision is for a specific adjustment based on the submitted photo, such as a visible marking or expression. It doesn't cover changing to another photo, art style, or unrelated composition.
How long does the preview take?
